UK Shipping Information

 

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.


UK shipping starts from £5 for 24-hour tracked delivery. We ship using Royal Mail tracked services and may also offer DPD as a delivery option at checkout.


Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.


Free UK shipping is available on orders over £150.


Channel Islands Shipping Information

We do ship to the Channel Islands; however, shipping restrictions apply.

Orders containing more than 8 items cannot be sent via Royal Mail due to carrier limitations. These orders must be shipped via courier (DPD, UPS or FedEx), which incurs a higher delivery cost.

Please note that orders shipped to the Channel Islands may be subject to local taxes, duties or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the courier selected.

Shipping and Customs Information for EU Orders

Please note that Incicellar is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply when shipping to the EU or international destinations. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be determined by the customs authority of the destination country. If you have any questions or concerns regarding customs and import duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee from £13, which includes tracking throughout the delivery process. For added security, we also provide the option for a signed-for delivery service.

Please allow 3 days for dispatch on EU orders due to additional paperwork and customs processing. This extra processing time does not apply to UK orders.

Please note that we are currently not VAT registered as a small new business, so we do not charge VAT on your order. If this changes in the future, we will inform you accordingly.

If you are placing an order from an EU country and wish to have it delivered to a business address, please provide us with your EORI number in order to do so. Failure to do so may result in delays during the customs process or the possibility that you will not receive your order. You can send us your EORI number by emailing kezzia@incicellar.co.uk

As the customer and importer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering are not subject to any restrictions or prohibited under the import laws of your country. Incicellar cannot be held liable for any delays, losses, or issues if your order is seized or denied entry by customs.
