Prebiulin® C90 is a multifunctional natural thickener, gelling system and prebiotic ingredient designed for formulators looking for an alternative to conventional synthetic polymers.

It combines cellulose gum, xanthan gum, inulin, cellulose, glucose and fructose to provide viscosity and texture across a range of cosmetic formulations.

WHAT IS PREBIULIN® C90 KNOWN FOR?

Prebiulin® C90 is particularly interesting for its ability to combine thickening and gelling functionality with a prebiotic ingredient in one system.

It is designed for formulators working with clear gels, serums and SLES-free cleansing systems, where traditional natural gums can sometimes create unwanted stringiness or cloudiness.

One of the interesting characteristics of Prebiulin® C90 is its suitability for creating transparent or highly translucent formulations.

The manufacturer's data indicates that at 1.5% usage, formulations remain clear from approximately pH 2–7, with transparency becoming slightly hazier above pH 7.

This makes it particularly interesting for formulators developing clear natural serums and gels where appearance and sensory feel are important.

Makes lovely silky gels, excellent product, shipped quickly.

Exactly what I needed

At first I really struggled to make a stable formula using this ingredient, I contacted Kezzia who provided me with some much needed product troubleshooting which worked great, I managed to make an amazing clear shower gel with gluconolactone and urea, such an amazing ingredient and it is just what I have been looking for to create the next amazing product for Sikoja thank you so much for stocking this.

Not used yet but greatly appreciate the extra amount given FOC as only 50gm available and last one and I had ordered 30. Will be trying out in gels very soon

Just what I was looking for!

I was searching for a thickener that was clear and not overly thick! Some can be quite “gluey” and leave a residue on the face. This one is perfect for a face serum.

Gorgeous ingredient

Have just replaced my plain clear xanthan gum ingredient in my Hyaluronic Acid extra moisturising serum with this and the difference is magical. Due to peptides I add it always appeared a little cloudy but this has turned it into a lovely clear serum. It also got rid of the slight sticky after feel I was left with. Instead my skin is silky soft and not a spot of stickiness. On top of this I now have an added prebiotic ingredient included too. This will be a permanent replacement. Can’t wait to use it night and day. Look forward to asking my friends what they think too with the change. Please try this you won’t regret it. Thanks Kezzia. More on order from me.
