Founded by Alice, Õrn Kuu began as a deeply personal journey. After struggling with severe eczema since childhood and enduring a painful four-month flare-up in 2018, Alice made a life-changing decision, to step away from over 30 years of prescription treatments and create something different. Something kinder.

What started as a personal quest for relief soon blossomed into Õrn Kuu, a line of slow, thoughtful skincare crafted with sensitivity, simplicity, and integrity at its core.

“When I created Värske Cleanse & Nourish Oil, I wanted something that felt grounding and uncomplicated — a single, soothing product that would calm even the most reactive skin,” Alice shares. “For me, simplicity is everything when skin is flaring. It’s about paring things back, letting skin rest, and choosing ingredients that gently support healing.”

That philosophy led her to two remarkable marine botanicals: Irish Moss and Sea Lavender.
