Upcycled Coffee Booster IN-Key is a multifunctional oil-based cosmetic ingredient combining upcycled coffee seed oil with Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C), Tocopherol, Caffeine and Ferulic Acid.

Created with Caffe Inc, it brings several familiar cosmetic ingredients together in an upcycled coffee oil base, giving formulators a convenient way to incorporate a selection of oil-soluble ingredients into their formulations.

WHAT IS UPCYCLED COFFEE BOOSTER IN-KEY?

This is more than a traditional botanical extract.

Booster IN-Key combines:

Upcycled coffee seed oil
Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (THDA)
Tocopherol
Caffeine
Ferulic Acid

These ingredients are incorporated into the upcycled coffee oil base, creating a multi-ingredient cosmetic booster that can be added directly to formulations.

This ingredient is absolute perfection, packed with an incredible array of powerhouse components. I use it in three of my formulations and absolutely adore it. We have been working with the Upcycled Coffee Booster in our facial oil formulations, and it has quickly become one of those rare ingredients that delivers both exceptional performance and outstanding customer feedback.

From a formulator’s perspective, this booster is impressive in its intelligent simplicity. By infusing stabilised Vitamin C (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate), Ferulic Acid, Caffeine and Vitamin E directly into upcycled coffee seed oil, it removes the need for multiple separate actives while maintaining high efficacy. This not only streamlines formulations, but also ensures excellent stability, compatibility and ease of use.

In use, the ingredient performs beautifully. The oil absorbs well, feels refined rather than heavy, and delivers visible improvements in skin radiance, elasticity and overall skin quality.
